Refund Policy

Tournament fees are due in full at the time of registration. Full refunds can be requested before March 24th, 2023. 

An Admin fee of $200 will be taken off the total fee.

Please email the tournament director at [email protected] in writing of the refund request.

As of March 24th, 2023 no refunds will be given as the tournament planning will be in full effect.
